NOW OFFERING ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS

For those with mild to moderate scoliosis, work individually with Maureen Janson on stretches, strengtheners, breathing and yoga poses designed and adapted specifically for your spinal curve.   Gain ideas for maintaining your curve and explore ways to move with more ease and comfort.  At the end of an initial session, personal poses will be suggested for continued practice on your own, helping to restore balance, relieve pain, and build a feeling of empowerment!  A series of three sessions, over a period of three months, is recommended as the most beneficial way to absorb the personalized movement material.

Here's what people are saying about recent workshop experiences:

“I liked the relevance of the class to my life.  It was an incredible learning experience talking with others who had very diverse situations with scoliosis.”
“I took the class hoping to learn more about how to deal with my scoliosis.  It was a successful gain because I learned exercises suited to my curve as well as a general awareness of how I hold my body.”
“Enjoyed the class very much, it was nice to be with fellow scoliosis people who are feeling what I feel every day. Maureen was very nice as well as a positive influence. My only wish is that it would have been a longer class.”
“Thank you so much for all the wonderful information. I was sore the day after the workshop, which I think is a good sign that I was working parts of my body that need to be worked!”
“I am definitely interested in working with you again.”
“I found your instruction very helpful.....I just need to do it more!”
"Thank you again for a great afternoon workshop!"
